Alex Rochefort is an interdisciplinary internet policy researcher. He holds a PhD in Emerging Media Studies from Boston University. 

 

His research agenda focuses on internet and media policy, platform governance, and the dynamics of policy change.

Beyond his academic work, Alex has held fellowships and research positions with several civil society organizations that work at the intersection of democracy, technology policy, and human rights. ​
